I can’t tell you how many times I have reinstated the app and done the whole restart only to have it go off-line again a day later. I don’t have this thermostat very long. The battery is fine and the app is up-to-date.

I have done that at least four times. that helps for about a day

I reinstall the app and it works for like 1 day then goes offline again. Apparently GOOGLE does not read these forums

Same issue and it is March 2023

Mine is doing this on the latest version. We literally installed the thermostat SUnday and today is friday and the app is offline
