Hello Abi,yes, disabling "hidden IP" setting on iPhone works better but my laptop and iPhone take a long time to reconnect when you move from one floor the next in my home

I have the same issue! I just upgraded to Nest wifi pro ! I never had this issue with my Orbi Netgear wifi
