similar work around as mentioned - be sure the casting window is NOT
minimized, and no other window is Maximized. So I leave the casting
window up, and can cover it with another window that isn't 'maximized',
but I size it to basically cover the whol...
so this is a windows issue.. it is somehow deprioritizing the casting
when it is not the focused application. Maybe someone can find the
windows setting that might be able to be disabled? something very
similar to the chrome performance one mentioned...
