Junk Nest Wastes My Time

Why does my Nest thermostat break down once a year? First, it didn't detect heat. Now, it won't detect cooling. Customer service is not good. This is a bad product. It says wires aren't there when they are. Works for months then quits.

I will never get my time back. Do not buy this product. It is just a vanity item. It doesn't work well.
