I got a replacement for the bricked one. Fingers crossed it won't happen
again. Also bought a second one and one for a family member. Fingers
crossed again. Anybody out there who knows what the cause of this
problem is?
Same problem here s described in the link below. Google replaced the
item. That should be the case with mine (less than a year
