Sure enough I checked my Hisense U8H after your comment and it's now
working too. I'm also on the Public Preview. My TV also didn't receive
any updates so seems like it was definitely a Google Home issue. Lets
just hope it stays that way.
@JenniferV can you confirm this is still being looked into by engineers?
There are lots of threads on this that go inactive without any
resolution and then get locked. It's an obvious issue thats been
effecting many users with no real solution in-sig...
I'm having this same issue with my Hisense U8H and iPhone 12 Pro running
16.3.1. It's been occurring ever since I purchased the TV. I've gone
through factory reseting the TV, deleting my entire Google Home and
starting a new one, even making a new Go...
