We filled out the form. What's next? I haven't heard anything back. I
have had the EXACT same symptoms from Google Wifi puck provided & set up
by Google, Google Nest, Netgear AX, TP Link Deco, & now Google Nest Pro.
I have reset; toggled all options ...
I spoke too soon. After working for a week with the deco, speeds started
being throttled again & connection keeps dropping. Had to be reset
multiple times a day. It now looks like it’s not the hardware but the
service from google. I guess next steps ...
I did the same thing. I don't use the wifi from the Deco [just ethernet
to my other mesh system] & so far seems to maintain connection & speed.
Hasn't throttled me down yet. If it does I'll update. BTW, the set up
was simple & it just worked.
