I don't know of what yoh have suggested works yet as I can't log onto my router. Once I've managed to access, I'll.let you know.I don't understand why it was working fine one day and then not the next?

Not tries yet, struggle to access my router, it's asking for username and password but it's not my sky one. Been told today it's username Admin and password Sky?

When I have restarted it flashes red, currently kind of glowing white rather than a flashing

I've tried a different device too, same issue...cannot communicate
