You'll need to check if you're phone has the option to change the tune
of the notifications for each app, unfortunately the Nest app doesn't
have a setting within the app to change that.
the solar panel will only extend the battery life of the camera, I doubt
it'll record 24/7, you can also get the weather proof cable for the
camera and with that the camera will record 24/7 if you get Nest Aware
Plus
it may be the internal battery has gone bad, some people have turned off
the option "Ring Indoor chime" on the settings of the doorbell and the
issue appears to go away.
I had a peeling doorbell and support told me this is a known situation
so they can replace it regardless of the warranty but it's weird they
told you the opposite
