Basically if you have a 1080p or higher resolution TV with HDMI it's going to have higher than HDCP 1.3. You can always look up the tech specs of your TV and it should list HDCP version. Newer TVs that have 4k will have HDCP 2.2 or 2.3

There are a couple of TV settings that could cause stuttering but if you are having to buffer it definitely sounds like it could be the Chromecast. I would try factory resetting it if clearing the cache doesn't work. I also assume that you don't get ...
