I've essentially given up on Google wifi.They hadn't given it, and they're really is no support.

Did you ever figure this out? It's been 2 years and still happening.

There's such a simple fix, we'll a semi fix.If a mesh point goes offline for over 5 minutes self reset. Unfortunately no setting like this exists.

Yah I've given up, Google isn't doing anything they don't even acknowledge they have a problem with a time frame of resolution. I'm about to upgrade my internet to fiber, so I'm ditching the nest ecosystem. Sucks I did like it when it worked. It work...
