Google home app is available on Android and Google Play Serbia, but not available for iphone and Apple store Serbia. Why?

So if I want to use Google home app i need to sell my iphone and buy an android phone.

I don't get it? If Serbia isn't one of the supported countries where the Google Nest devices are supported, why is Google Home app available in Serbian Google Play store and Android phones, and can be used without any problems?
