my issue is the same... new provider set up new home network. Heck my chromecast can be seen by everyone and every device but google home can't seem to pair it. It's so old tho that there is no reset button. After getting something went wrong 5 times...

did you figure it out? Same issue here, I see no responses. Google home on my phone wont connect it to my new wifi. Very strange, every computer and app in the world can see it and connect to it except Google home!
