Google Nest Community

I have a brand new nest Wifi point that is just completely useless. Went offline regularly so I finally moved it to a location closer to the router. Now it won't stay online even for a minute! Yes I reset over and over again. Beyond frustrating.

I don't use a modem/router combo on any of the setups that have been having problems. I use my own modems and the Nest router.

I think it must be, because both my networks (two different houses) worked perfectly for months, then suddenly points on both started having this issue.

Maybe I'll just do that. I'm tempted to just try something non-Google though because it does seem silly to invest in older technology, even $100.

Did you stick with Google or get something else?
