Moved house. Chromecast used at old house will not connect to new wifi.
Device will not Factory Reset. Instructions mention that device must be
on old wifi to do so.
Thank you very much for your reply Jeran. Eventually I was able to take
the chromecast back to the house where was it originally enabled, and I
was able to reset it in that house on that Wi-Fi system and that cleared
