Google have been pretty hopeless as dealing with this widespread issue. Don't hold your breath as this issue has been apparent for at least 9 months.

I give up. It was fixed for a while and now Google have ballsed it up again. Hub max is now a doorstop. No more Google/Next devices for me.

Well the hub has started str among video again. I can only assume a fix has been found and applied.
