I’m sorry to hear that. I was very surprised they replaced mine without question. Maybe because yours was a replacement? Or maybe I did just get lucky. This just happened to me 2 weeks ago.

Yes! Mine was 2 years out of warranty and they still sent me a replacement after contacting them via chat and running through the troubleshooting.

What did you say to get them to to replace it?

Was it still under warranty?
