Hi Paul,I spoke to Google support this morning who are sending out an engineer to replace my broken heat link. Thanks for reaching out. Hopefully RPatel gets sorted tooTom

I’ve experienced the exact same thing today as well. Heat link seems to have lost all power suddenly, unable to reset and resolve the H71 fault.
