Hey Brad, so OBVIOUSLY this is a bigger problem than just one or 2 users. If you guys were a car company, we'd be looking at a recall....

unfortunately, this isn't a "SOLUTION". I am still in contact with their so-called support, stringing me along. I responded with a long diatribe about how I am a longtime Google user as mentioned below. Maybe that will help, maybe not, but I feel bet...
