And as I write this answer and test it, i think i found the problem.-I cannot cast desktop audio to audio devices-I can cast tab audio to audio devices.Thanks this is resolved!

*Both google home mini and nest audio **hardware** are fine. (as in they function normally if not considering the casting audio from windows chrome browser)
