I cast fine from a web browser to my Chromecast Ultra via ethernet. But
I need to change it to allow output at 1080 resolution. I was told
several years ago I can change settings like that ONLY from the app via
wireless. I can't get the app to work.
I forgot to add, the signal triggers my TV device to operate at 720p,
the framerate is only 30 fps and picture is poor quality even though my

I did the factory reset. Then it prompted me through setting up a home
and a room in the home where I have the ChromeCastUltra. But the gear of
settings does not show any option to set or change the video resolution.
