I'm in the US (Northeast Ohio area) and this all started working again
for me this morning, on my pixel 5 and on my 2 Google home minis. Tried
multiple radio stations that use different apps and they all played via
voice command this morning!

Same here. My minis stopped playing any radio station AND my pixel 5
stopped as well! I can still manually open an app and play a radio
station on the phone, but I can't ask it to play it. If I ask it, I get
the same response as the Google home mini ...
I'm seeing the same on my 2 minis AND on my pixel 5! On my pixel phone,
I can manually open the tune in or ESPN apps and play the radio, but it
always worked with just "play ESPN 850" or "play wtam 1100". Now, the
home/google assistant can't seem to ...
