system blows hot air when in cooling mode

So this was my wiring set up. I have since put the white wire to the OB slot with the same result. I have also switched the heat pump wire in the app from O to B and back. Still blows hot air.

I actually do have a heat pump with electric heat and originally had the blue wire connected to the *OB.Thanks for replying.
