Hi Jenelyn,I tried hard resetting both thermostats as you suggested and
I still don't have the icon. No power outages but both thermostats were
removed from the Nest app and factory reset. That's when the icon
stopped appearing in the Google Home app...
Same problem for me too. The History shows in the Nest app and on
thermostats but not in the Google Home app. There is no icon to view it.
I used to be able to see the icon.
