Google Nest Community

No I bought a new set at costco took the good one out put my bad one in and returned the set back.

So now I just have a piece of plastic because nobody can get us an adapter? That's pretty lame. Why would Google sell something they can't sell a replacement part for? And why do people keep putting specs for the adapter up? If I could have found one...

I'm in the same boat I spoke to support they said the only way to get a new one is to buy another wifi point
