CEC not working with TCL Roku TV

I have a Chromecast with Google TV hooked to my TCL Roku TV. All devices firmware are updated. I have double checked CEC is enabled on all devices. I have a Roku soundbar, Nvidia shield, and apple tv that CEC work on fine. I cannot get CEC working on...
