After messing around with the devices, im pretty sure this error is
caused by the nest door bell. For those having the issue do you have a

factory reset the protect, moved it 4 ft away from my router, and it
failed. When i created a new home its adds successfully regards of my
home network or distance to the wifi router...
If you have a nest aware, it will ask you to purchase a whole new
