I do have a nest hello. But I can’t verify if only removing the nest
hello is enough. I deleted everything first and started over. Not going
to repeat the process now
Yes @zoeuvre the only thing that works (if you want to keep your
existing house setting) is removing everything and adding the NPs first.
It’s a very annoying workaround definitely if you have numerous devices.
Update: I have successfully added my 4 NP, and they all show WiFi
connected (all checks are green, and before, there was a red x next to
WiFi). However, when I press one, it says that some NPs are offline. I
believe he is still referencing the old co...
Luckily most of my devices were already configured using Google Home, so
I only had a doorbell and 1 IQ camera to delete. I can confirm that
after deleting those, I could already add the first NP to my account.
