The entire unit or just the base?They are making me buy and new base and will pay me back once they receive my old base. POOR experience.

I am having the exact same issue. I can not find a resolution on any past posts here.My A/C is running in Heat Mode. Gas force air furnace and A/C. All wired correctly. No Heat PUMP.Dos anyone have a fix????!!!
