What is going on with Nest? My cameras are all off line and blinking blue dot instead of a green dot

What is wrong with Nest, all my cameras are not working. Showing off line, but my WiFi is on. My Nest app showed trouble connecting to Nest.

My doorbell named above is installed and working, but Nest Aware will not let me add it to my account
