Sorry Google. We bought an Apple TV 4k today and won't be coming back.
Lack of communication is the major issue. Not acknowledging the problem
or providing any updates.
So what's crazy about this is that anyone buying a new one is getting
this newest update. They must be getting returns like crazy by people
thinking it's defective. You'd think that would get their butts in gear.
But alas.
