That's because as usual it's probably a support team that's overseas
being paid next to nothing going through an ABC support script and when
that doesn't work it says solution is replacement.
The issue seemed to begin 4/27 or 4/28 i can't recall exactly as i tried
a few different things including deleting video history to remedy the
