I have tried everything to set up casting direct from my phone without
wifi (or mobile signal) to no avail.I downloaded latest Google Home app
and cannot find Guest Mode as mentioned in every online instruction I
have tried.Phone is a Xiaomi Mi9
Thanks.What I had read so far gave the impression that a wi-fi network
was not necessary.What I want to do is stream downloaded items from
phone to non-smart TV using Chromecast device when on holiday where the
wi-fi system does not allow for streami...
