Hi Marin, Just a follow up. I have spoke to a Google nest senior rep and
they have sent out a new one free of charge due to a fault and will
refund upto £100 for installation of the new unit as well. I suggest
contacting them via the web chat and hop...
I have exactly the same problem, It has happened today, completely dead
heatlink. Problem is as well my boiler doesn't work without it for some
stupid reason so now without heating and can't turn on manually
