Good luck with the refund I have exchanged 25 emails with Google support + 1 phone call, they kept asking me to test my internet speed when I kept reming them it was not the issue... Asked for a refund but they never even proposed anything, my suppor...

It's been almost a year where's your solution ? I thought your teams were working on it ?

Same here, no solution offered by Google, I never had this problem with my 1st generation Google Wifi... I wish I hadn't upgraded my gear... 

Same here, I’m going to have to replace all my Nest Wifi Pro setup so annoying definitely won’t buy Google next time…
