Same here. Nest Hub Max freezing again.

New firmware and still freezing.

Max Hub not updated yet.

It's really terrible that there have been problems for months, in my case with the Max hub. That nothing, absolutely nothing, is communicated about the progress of the solution. If I did my job like this I would have been fired long ago. I don't know...
