So I was on the phone with tech-support, and after several resets, and
what not, I ended up having to make a new home in the Nest app. I was
able to finally add nest guard but it was in a separate home in my app.
I was told that the NF 009 error mean...
I am also getting the same error and looking for resolution. I’ve tried
several factory resets and reset my Wi-Fi network as well. I’m still
receiving the same error.
