Yeah I figured as much. I tried all the troubleshooting and cleaning BS -- quality is still .Never again.

This is getting unreal. The camera is basically junk because of the quality. I wish I would have known that when I purchased another Nest camera that it was a newer gen and that I had to use google home! My two older gen cameras are PERFECT!OLDER gen...
