I got a reply from the Tidal support that this is a known issue and that
they are working on it.I think that more tickets to their support about
this issue perhaps will escalate it and get it solved sooner.
Yes I have enabled pass through in the android tv device and in my
Marantz AVR that is connected to. It is strange that no sound comes out
but also no error message appears for Dolby Atmos.I will try to open a
ticket in Tidal to see what their respon...
Same problem with Tidal in android TV box. In case of HiFi quality
songs, it works fine. in case of Master Quality songs it says the
message "Your device is not able to play this item". In case of Dolby
