Deleting and readding the app does not solve the problem. Message says
“can’t send invite now. Try again”. We contact support and they said to
do the same thing, which also didn’t help …
Having the same issue - on an iPhone. I don’t have an iPad. Support
couldn’t help and said to wait a day. I did. Still unable to add a
family member. They said to wait for updates?? Not happy with the way
this is going.
