They said the same thing to me (incorrect data though). They were saying
the serial number range is know to have problems adding to the network.

Now I'm wondering if I can create an Alexa command so when I say "Alexa,
set thermostat to cool", Alexa will say "Hey Google, set thermostat to
cool". It pays to have the Amazon Echo and Google Home Mini sitting next
to each other!
