Could anyone tell me why my doorbell camera will not charge? It is less
than two weeks old. No power at all, no lights coming on when I place it
on the charger. It’s not the cord it will work on another device.
I received a charger when I placed the order. I don’t really know the
name of it but it looks like a C type charger. It’s not the charger
because the charger worked on another device.
