The recent updates have brought it back  

AustraliaGoogle Pixel 7 Version 3.1.1.15 but the UI just updated a few nights ago. No haven't tried another device. Will report back after uninstall and reinstall.

Same thing happened to me. I turned off my workday routine as I was on a holiday and now it is invisible and I don't know how to get it back.
