I figured it out, found a c wire available so I connected it and it
solved the problem, the problem was it wasn't getting power so the
thermostat was losing battery life. Thank you
I have the same problem, temperature currently at 77 and I set it to 69.
It starts to cool but only runs for about 2 minutes and shuts down,
taking a very long time to reach the desired temperature, if it will
ever reach it??
