He never replied, and I have now changed the camera; the old one has
been sitting in a bag of rice, and the condensation is STILL there. I
guess I will throw it away.
I have the same issue, and Nest/google is not addressing any suggested
fix. I have 12 cameras that, up to today, I like, but with the lack of
customer support, I will change to a brand that actually gives a crap
