maybe you should hire a real tech person who knows what they are doing!

I had the same problem. Had to go into developer mode to fix it. It
worked! Couldn't tell you how I did it though. Someone on here posted it
or you could look it up online.
The same thing is happing to me. I like my Tv on at night while I sleep
for background noise and it shuts off after a while. Checked the power
setting and it is set to never shut off. I have two Chromecast devices
