That is fine Mark. One thing I would suggest is perhaps to look at reworking the search or guidance on help pages to make this fact far more prominent? I had no idea this was a thing. Not sure exactly how to do it but just a wee suggestion.Cheers

Thank you both for replying. I have looking into Christi's suggestion and the icon looks like this, flame inside a circle so it must be the legionella protection. It makes sense from everything I have looked it.Thank you so much @ChristiBell
