I'm unable to update the Thernostat because I have to finish the setup first. And I can't finish the setup...So it never appears in the Home App.Is there a way to update it manually? Or to finish the setup even if it's not configured properly?

Downstairs, the black wireis connecter to the red one that coming out of the relay.And the white one to the white.

Hi Patrick.I use a Nest power connector. There is two input, R and W.So I plugged the red with the red and the white with the white. And the output of the nest power connector is C, R and W.
