I actually figured it out. It wasn't an issue with the Nest, but instead
that two of the wires were switched when it was last serviced. Thanks
for all of the helpful suggestions and feedback!
Yes, this is extremely annoying, and happening any time I try cooling.
It only turns on for maybe 30 seconds, then waits 2+ minutes, over and
over. No cooling really ever happens.
