Hi Mark. Problem solved. Turns out there was another switch in my
basement that controlled the furnace power. I feel dumb for not
realizing this earlier! Thanks for your quick response.
Hi Mark I have the same problem with my nest thermostat (version
1.3-10)E298 error code. settings wiring info says “ undetected wires
y-c-w-g-r” I’ve checked all connections, replaced batteries, reset
system. No luck. Any other tips? Eric
